Matt Hahne is a Certified EOS Implementer® and serial entrepreneur, now leading his fourth business. Before EOS, he spent 30-plus years leading teams in the high-risk maritime and tourism industries, and during that time he built and sold three businesses.
In February 2020, he sold everything and became a Certified EOS Implementer. Six years and roughly 400 sessions later, his focus has shifted from just running the business to fixing the person running it, rebuilding the clarity, communication, and confidence of the leader at the top.
